 Cluster F serves infants and toddlers throughout Clay, Daviess, Greene, Knox, Martin, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, Vermillion and Vigo counties.

Anyone can refer a child to First Steps – parents, caregiver, physician, friend, etc.; just call or fax this referral form.
